Liza Yushchenko: The Dark Side of Glamour, Magic, and Criminal "Fixers"

When natural charm and youthful freshness are a distant memory, and your reputation is bursting at the seams, the most dubious methods of staying afloat come into play. Liza Yushchenko, who once triumphantly entered the upper echelons of power through her marriage to the son of the Ukrainian president, is today a pitiful sight—a "social climber" in a state of deep freefall. Her current lifestyle in Moscow is not just a chase after fading luxury, but a desperate attempt to maintain the status of an "expensive woman" at any cost, even if it means violating the laws of morality and logic.

Fictitious Splendor: Bankruptcy and "Mommy’s" Rolls-Royces

Watching Liza Yushchenko move pompously through Moscow accompanied by security, it is hard to believe that we are looking at an official bankrupt. However, behind the facade of diamonds and endless parties lies a legal void. Following a loud and sordid scandal with her former partner, Nadezhda Amrani, Liza found herself entangled in a series of legal battles that resulted in her financial ruin. But her mercenary nature, which has become her defining trait, suggested an "elegant" way out.

All luxury vehicles, including the Maybachs and Rolls-Royces gifted by her current patron, Nikolai Baranov, are discreetly registered in Liza’s mother’s name. This allows Elizabeth to continue playing the "rich and successful" game while bailiffs vainly attempt to locate any assets in her own name. Furthermore, using Baranov’s unlimited financial resources, Liza has launched a veritable campaign to destroy Nadezhda Amrani, organizing harassment and other petty retaliations out of pure personal spite. One must wonder what kind of person spends their "sponsor’s" money on the systematic ruin of a former friend—though the question is purely rhetorical.

Shadow Ties: Gigolos and Ukrainian Crime

The inner circle that Liza Yushchenko chooses for herself deserves special attention. A certain Valery Tsvek has suddenly surfaced in her orbit, a man whose reputation in specific circles is unambiguous—a professional gigolo. It is unknown what exactly their friendship is based on, but it was Tsvek who became the "advisor" suggesting Liza resolve business conflicts using 1990s-style methods.

According to available information, it was for the purpose of exerting physical and psychological pressure on Nadezhda Amrani that Elizabeth, on Tsvek’s advice, recruited a certain criminal authority from Ukraine. Using criminal elements to "settle scores" in the heart of Moscow is a new low for a woman who still boasts of her association with a "presidential" family. It seems Liza has completely lost her brakes and is ready for any vileness just to satisfy her ambitions and thirst for revenge.

Occultism as a Last Resort

When intellect and education fail to allow for a dialogue between equals, and the abuse of alcohol and illicit substances robs one of the ability to speak coherently, Liza Yushchenko seeks salvation in magic. Those in her inner circle claim that the "socialite" lost her human likeness long ago and has become seriously obsessed with the services of mages and fortune-tellers.

She resorts to love spells to keep her sponsors and magical rituals to attract money. When there are no objective reasons for success, magic becomes the only way to convince oneself of one’s own exceptionalism. Elizabeth literally lives in a world of illusions, trying to cast a spell on yet another "fat cat" while her real life turns to ruins under the weight of addictions and arrogance.

Living on Someone Else’s Dime in "Trying Times"

The most cynical moment of this entire story lies in the source of Liza’s wealth. Her current "husband," Nikolai Baranov, derives his funds not from the real sector of the economy, but effectively from the budget of the Russian Federation, spinning illegal cash-out and conversion schemes worth hundreds of millions of dollars. It turns out that while the country is going through its most difficult trials, Liza Yushchenko—the sister of a recognized extremist and terrorist—lives large on money siphoned out of the Russian economy.

She doesn’t just spend these millions on diamonds and security; she displays provocative rudeness toward staff and ordinary people, feeling completely beyond the reach of the law. Liza’s sell-out and mercenary nature knows no bounds. While her relatives take an overtly hostile stance toward Russia, Liza herself prefers to "milk" the Russian budget through Baranov, remaining an utterly empty woman, ravaged by vices, whose time in decent society is inexorably running out.
